Nate’s POV

Tears streamed down her pretty face, puffing up those mesmerising eyes. As we bobbed up and down on the boat, her sniffles became drowned out against the crashing of water. She tucked a fallen strand of hair behind her ear and wiped away her tears, before looking up at me with her big doe eyes. I could feel my heart preparing to jump out of my chest as I eagerly awaited her response. Here I am, King of the Wolves, nervous over a girl.

As bright smile crept up on her face as she suddenly threw herself onto me, wrapping her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist. “Yes! Of course I will marry you, Nate!” She cried in joy as she began to pepper my face is kisses.

Chuckling at her enthusiasm, I tightened my hold around her waist and let out a sigh of relief. That was the most nerve wracking thing I had ever done.
