Barlion Great...

I looked straight ahead, my hands holding the reins as I led the horse to take us back to the main castle.

Frost's arms were tightly wrapped around my waist, holding on to me like I'm their life line.

I kicked the horse on the side and pulled back to reins at the same time, causing it to jerk forwards a bit.

The squeal that came out of Frost's lips made me smile.

"Stop that, Barlion. The first time, it was funny but not anymore." She said in to my ear, her voice muffled even more because she was pushing her face in to my shoulder.

I let out a chuckle.

"You weren't scared when we were riding fast to the dock." I commented.

"Yeah, well that was because we were in a rush. I was worried we wouldn't be able to make it there in time."

I couldn't help it so I did it again.

When the horse jerked for the fourth time, Frost slapped my chest.

"I'm warning you, Your grace." She scolded, forcing another smile to my lips on such a gloomy day.
