Felix had lost control. His wolf was now surface and in control of the body. Mercedes noticed by his eyes that had turned dark. She cupped his face and caressed his cheek.

" Roland. Is that you?" she asks breathlessly.

" Yes, it's me, mate! Long time no see," he smirked.

Mercedes was suddenly nervous but excited at the same time. It was a mixed feeling.

" Long time it is," she responded with a small smile as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear shyly looking everywhere but at him. He grabbed her chin roughly but not enough to hurt her, compelling her to look him in the eye.

" I am dying to ravage you all night long until you are satiated and spent. I want to sink my teeth into your sweet slender neck to mark you as my own. You don't know how much I have been trying to keep it together and not rip this human apart for complete control," he said referring to Felix. Mercedes was perplexed at his crude choice of words but heck, she was not complaining. She had a feeling that he
