"It does, baby. But you'll be healed in no time." he answered and she nodded.
They went at it for several long minutes until they heard the doorbell ring.
"That will be all for today." He announced. He walked to the mat and helped a sweating Raine in pain to get up from the floor. "You did an awesome job today, Sugarplum." he said with pride and kissed her forehead.
"My thigh hurts though." She said as they walked out of the gym. She went to get a water to drink while Dane walked to go get the door.
