The Ritual
"I'm ready" mom announces.
"I'm sure you are, Fiona" Daisy replies.
She moves forward and asks mom to stretch her hand in the ovel glass bowl, the same Jessica and I made the promise with.
Mom looks at me "Love, are you sure?" she questions.
"Yes, mom. I am" I nod. Mom turns to Daisy who looks super happy and excited.
I haven't spoken to Jessica since that night, as a result I didn't get the chance to inform her about our plan.
The Library was occupied by mom, Daisy, Nella and me. Its been two days since the rescue and mom had many bottles of glucose before she could walk steadily again and now she is again casing harm to herself.
