Chapter 69: The Elders Disagreement

I let out an exasperated sigh as I rounded up the paperwork that I was working on. I gathered the paperwork and dropped it into the cabinet that was made of steel.

I picked up my suit and hung it around my shoulder. I walked out of the office and slammed the door with a loud bang.

"Take care of the office," I ordered, and the guards bowed their heads respectfully.

I passed through the silent and lonely hallway that leads to my chamber. I stopped midway as a thought crossed my mind. It was about Jessica.

I thought it was high time I let her know her place. She didn't have the right to be close to me even if she was the Luna of the pack. I have been ignoring her for a few days but she kept coming regardless of my warning.

I returned to my office and took the black briefcase that I had forgotten at the office. I walked out of the office and went to Jessica's chamber.
