CHAPTER TWENTY

Lucas’s large, beautiful office was connected to Dolph’s by a single glass door and Dolph stood up from his desk when he saw him walk in. With a smile, he walked through the glass door connecting their offices and Riley gasped at the sight of him.

“Sorry, forest girl, didn’t mean to startle you.” He said to her and she nodded. “Lucas, you finally showed up, thought you would take another hour or so.”

“Will you keep calling her that when you know her name?” Lucas asked as he sat down on his comfortable seat behind his desk.

“Of course, it’s about my preference and I’m sure she likes it too,” He turned to look at Riley with a smile. “Right?”

She nodded, could she do otherwise? She had a feeling that even if she told the truth and said the name made her uncomfortable, he wouldn’t give a fuck.

“Riley, drop the briefcase on the desk and take a seat on one of those chairs there,” Lucas instructed.
