For werewolves and Lycans, our first shift is normally done on their 18th birthday or for ones like me, Raphael, and Zaire. We went through ours on our 15th birthdays. This shift is the most painful, especially for one that has been changed and was not born, if one does not have their mate by their side to see them through it. I watched Raphael and Zaire got through theirs on their own with only my father and their parents there to help them through it. I hold myself still as Morpheus continues to move slightly, waiting for our release to complete itself, before going again and again. Zelda then throws us off of her when she can and takes off running again as she laughs down the link, “You will have to do more than that to keep me under you, mate of mine…” When we catch her this time, she doesn’t just lay down and take it we have to work for it but it isn’t long before we have her again, climbing over her back, grabbing her neck in our jaw and sliding inside her once more. I feel the moment she feels comfortable and wants to play; she pushes me away from her and then runs. I laugh, but it comes out as a slight sneeze. I then take off running after her. I watch as she runs the obstacle course and when she returns to the grass area; she chases me for a little while and then I turn it around and chase her. Once I have had enough, I chase her down and catch her, making us roll over the ground. When we come to a stop, I make sure I am laying over her. I shift and smile as she does at the same time. It could be interesting and quite fun with what we could get up to with those cuffs, as long as I don't touch them too much, of course, and that they don’t hurt her. We walk up to the packhouse and I laugh as Jess pulls Yasmine out of my arms and wraps her arms around her as we walk into the kitchen through the back door.I am glad Jess found her mate in Raphael.
