"We are here, miss." the cabbie murmured.

Looking at her through the rearview mirror, he realized that she was fast asleep which was something he never expected. Now, he didn't even know how he was going to wake her up and get her inside because he knew it would be a bit hard. For one, she was drunk and waking up a drunk person who was fast asleep was a very bad thing.

"Oh dang it! I really don't get paid enough for this shit," he sighed.

He looked at where he had dropped her and he discovered it was a quaint bungalow which had screamed 'homely'. The lights were on and he realized that the occupants of the house were probably still awake. What he didn't understand was why they would situate their house very far from the city center. As he drove on, he had thought about this and the house was very far from anywhere at all. There were no neighbors, that much he could tell and the next available house was about a mile away.
