The night had been long, filled with tension and fear as Connor's mansion had become the main point of a relentless series of attacks. It was clear that staying there was no longer an option. With his heart pounding, Connor gathered the people that meant so much to him- Annah, Russo and Martha. They were the people that mattered to him the most and he would rather die than to see any of them get hurt. There were the ones that meant so much to him and without them, Connor knew that he wouldn't have been able to survive.

"We need to leave tonight," he said.

They had expected him to say this but hearing this from him now put so much fear in their hearts because they didn't know what to expect at all. It was one thing to be safe but when you were constantly on the move as a result of threats to your life, it was another ballgame entirely.

"I can't believe this is happening," Martha sighed.

She was better now though her hand was still stitched, she was able to recover very fast
