The squad were seated in comfortable silence until O’Brian decided to break the ice with his comment, “guys how much do you want to bet that captain probably chose a black dress.” O’Brian said with a smirk.

“I doubt it.” Alex said and continued to browse through his phone.  

“I mean can she go any other colour? She loves the colour black and white is as far as she has ever gone.” O’Brian added.

“Well, we could always bet.” Mica said looking up from his drawings.

“This is not going to end well.” Wyatt said as he tied his dreads in a ponytail.

“Alright, what will we be betting on?” O’Brian asked excitingly.

“Let us bet on our next pay, all of it no questions asked. It will be split between people who had voted for and against the idea of the colour black.” Wyatt said and laughed.
