Chapter Ninety Three

Silence prevailed all over the room as Agatha finished her story, stalking around the room and looking at all of Louise’s belongings with a blank face. but just because she is blank does not mean the others are, especially not Soralina.

“After that, Lucian and I stayed in the America, watching your every moves, making sure you were always protected and out of trouble. Lucian made sure to check on you while I…I looked after my daughter.” Agatha concludes, stopping right in front of Louise’s desk as she notices something she hasn’t seen for six years, something that was stolen from her by Louise.

Soralina stares down at her legs while Theo makes her way to her, clutching Soralina’s hand. “So…Xavier is…alive?”

Agatha turns to look at her sister, slowly nodding her head as she takes the anklet in her hands, the one Louise stole from her when he drugged her. “He is very much alive. In fact, he is even listening to us right now.”

Louise head whips towards Agatha, making her point her ears.
