49: The final Dew

Kayla’s POV

“ Hector…” I said, when I saw him sitting at what seemed like a high table of some sort. He was seated with a very beautiful woman, her hair was black, long, thick and curly like his. The first thought that came to my mind was she must be his sister but when I looked closely, her eyes were silver like Hector’s.

“ Drew, who is this girl?” the woman asked, looking at me from head to toe while he pulled me with him as he walked towards her table. The aroma of meat and bread made me so hungry as I walked past all the occupied tables.
