I thought that I would hear from Sean within a couple of days of him finding his mate. I was wrong. I hit a wall when I had tried to mind-link him which told me that he had turned off his connection. I tried texting and calling but there was no answer.

It was understandable that werewolves turned off the mind-link when they found their mate. Even with chosen mates it was common. They were consumed with the insane need to fuck each other raw, and their entire rationality left as the mate bond took over. It was worse with true mates.
