The Evening Star:
Ariadne closed her closet door open fiercely, she was confused and for some reason angry. Patrick had a brother? He was on the North Star? Why? Why didn't he say anything? Her stomach twisted with doubts. She grabbed several pieces of clothing mindlessly and shoved them in a bag. She grabbed a warm jacket and stood silently in her room, her thoughts racing. What if she couldn't trust him? What if he was a spy? Her Heart sank. A noise at her door withdrew her from her thoughts. She glanced to see her aunt leaning against the doorway. Her face worried.
“Ari?” She asked quietly.
“It's nothing Auntie, just thoughts that don't need to be addressed at this very moment. We need to save Dani.” Ariande said quietly walking to the doorway.

Shattered:Danica shifted slightly in her bed. She stretched searching for the warmth beside her. Her hand fell on the empty spot. It was still slightly warm from him. She opened her eyes slowly, his bare back was facing her as he was sitting on the edge of the bed. He had slipped on his pants but every muscle in his back was calling for hand to run over it. She smiled softly as she pulled the blanket around her, shifting closer to him. She reached up and slowly ran her hand down his back. He inched into her touch in response. Full Circle: Ariadne’s grabbed the wheel as she watched the horizon.She had steered most of the evening and into the morning. She rolled her head back and forth trying to get the crank in her neck out. She stood on her tippy toes stretching her calves. God she was tired. She felt like everything on her was drooping. She wanted to sink into the floor and curl up. They were making great time and the longer she kept a hold of the wheel, the longer she felt like she was making progress to get to Dani. Adventure:Dancia had to remove herself, she was shaking. She could feel the tears begging to slip out from her eyes. She shut the door pushing Luke’s body from the doorway as she did. The blood had seeped into the captain's cabin but she didn't care. She stepped away from the door going to the desk and bracing herself with it. She turned facing the door and sank to the floor leaning back into the desk. Was everything a lie? She felt a warm tear slid down her cheek. Creatures: Kaleb’s knees hit the ground as he duck bracing himself. He used all of his strength to hold the sword above his head; praying the tentacle would impale itself. He shut his eyes and waited for impact. The world came crashing down on him and he felt warm hot liquid run over him. Looking up he saw the tentacle flopping around his bade. Within seconds the wait was being lifted off of him. Danica helped lift the tentacle off and let it flop to the side. Her sword covered in the same deep dark liquid as Kaleb’s sword. His eyes ran down the tentacle and saw it had been severed in half. The tentacle was still moving about as it hit the ground. Kaleb stood watching the scene in front of him. Castaway: Danica watched the men pick up the tentacles and drop them back into the sea. Their nerves were on edge, still waiting for another attack from the monster of the deep. Everyone was just waiting. A few men began mopping up the creature's blood trying to keep busy as they made their way through the passage. Kaleb was on guard and couldn't seem to relax. She never thought any of this would happen on this sea voyage. Storm:Ariadne stood on the upper deck watching the horizon . She stared at the spot that used to be where Raven Peak was. A cold breeze had picked up and she wrapped her arms around herself trying to keep warm. Jonah was still staring. She couldn't get her mind off the birds. Did Dani have to face them too? Did she get through them? She had never thought about dangers like that? The more she thought about her sister, the more her stomach pitted and turned into knots. She had just assumed that they were sailing along peacefully to some island, maybe worse case getting into a little storm but bird attack no.
