I rushed out of his room, running downstairs. I searched everywhere in the house, but he was nowhere to be found.

' Victor, where the hell are you? ' I asked, using the mindlink, but I got no response as well, making me more worried. He knew nowhere in the Moon Crown Pack and the pack was so big for him to get lost in. 

I took a deep breath at first, trying to calm myself down before I started thinking of places he could be at.

If he was going to leave, it meant that he had gone to a hotel to stay because of the way Carissa embarrassed him earlier. And the only hotel that was nearby was a ten minutes walk from the house.

Without letting anyone know what was happening, I left the house and began to head to the hotel, only to see him coming back with a nylon bag full of junk.
