" Yes, I am, " she answered without thinking it through. I observed her, my eyes widening at her response. " That's what you want to hear, right? Well, sorry to disappoint you, Alpha Victor, but there is nothing going on between the both of us, " she added and I uttered a sigh of relief.

" The type of people I don't like are those who lie to me. I find this annoying and completely disrespectful, so l need you to be honest with me, " I warned, but she wasn't even fazed.

" Alpha Victor, I have given you two responses, but you still ask me the same question. It's up to you to believe me if you want, I can't convince you otherwise if you decided to believe I'm having an affair, " she stated and I heaved out a distressed sigh. She wasn't making things easy for me.

" And that's why I need you to convince me otherwise. Serena's accusations were clear and convincing enough because it is something I witnessed myself
