AUSTIN’S POV

I took casual steps through the school foyer when I was roughly rushed and pinned to the wall. I struggled and anger took hold of me when I realize it was Ken. “What the fuck did you do with Mirabel?” he yelled in my face and I pushed him off out of anger. What the hell did he mean by that statement?

“What is that supposed to mean” I asked and what I got was a punch

“Don’t you dare lie to me” he said and I retaliated with an equal hard punch.

“I don’t know what the fuck you are talking about” I pushed him as hard as I could, sending him to the wall.

“She followed you didn’t she? Now the police has declared her missing” he said and I was taken aback. No wonder I couldn’t feel her anymore.

“And don’t you dare play dumb with me” he said. That statement caused rage to flow through me.

“I did nothing to her. The both of us know you are more likely to hurt more than I would” I sent glares at him. “And don’t dare come for me like that” I said as I walked away.
