I woke up from the doorbell ringing and looked beside me to see Emma sleeping peacefully. I shook my head and exited my bedroom before climbing down the stairs to open the door. All this while I kept trying to think who might be on the door? It was way too early for someone to visit me and nobody exactly visited Sam’s place because he is so closed off.
I reached the threshold when the bell rang again and thought the person on the other side is quite impatient.
