"So, what does Andrea Rodriguez do? I heard you're popular with guys?" Mrs. Reagan said.
I smiled even though I was forced to do that, I also needed to leave my friends just to sit with them and interrogate me.
I sighed, maybe my bad day wasn't done yet because I am sitting at the same table facing this annoying man. How am I supposed to enjoy my caramel latte? Argh!
"Andrea?" Mrs. Reagan called my name so I immediately turned to her and stopped drinking my latte.
"Y-yes?"
"Mrs. Reagan is talking to you, Andrea. Why are you so occupied?" My father said even if his voice was calm, I know deep inside him I am dead.
"A-ah, sorry. I just came back from vacation and I'm a little bit tired, so you know?" I laughed forcedly.
"Really? You love traveling?"
"Yes, indeed."
"Lovely! That was my son's hobby, he travels a lot but he's not around often. But I am sure you two will have a good relationship soon."
I spit out my latte because of what she said, while my father? He was glaring at me and I can see that from my peripheral vision. I am definitely dead when we get home.
I helped Mrs. Reagan from wiping the stain that clung into her beautiful dress. I can even see how annoyed she was, and that was a good start, right?
"No, iha. I'm fine, it's just a dress."
"But I ruined your beautiful purple dress, my father can pay for it. Name your price."
"Pardon?"
My father cleared his throat to get our attention because maybe I made a wrong move.
"Why don't we talk about the wedding? My daughter has a dream wedding, like a beach wedding. Maybe your son is interested in that kind of wedding?"
Our gaze landed on the man who was still silent after seeing his parents earlier. I don't know what's wrong with this guy but I don't care.
"My son is not picky, he can marry Andrea in every place she wants. We can set an early date for their wedding," Mr. Reagan replied.
"That's great, I'm going to call her mother as soon as possible."
"I'm not marrying her," Kalix abruptly said, he made our head turn to him because of that.
"Kalix! What are you talking about?"
"I'm not marrying her, dad," He repeated.
He's fighting his father's sharp gazes, I can't see any sign of fear in his eyes.
"I barely know that woman, and I'm not ready to have a family. I am just twenty three years old but you're tying me to this wedding. Don't you even want to ask me if I wanted to get married?"
"Because I know you don't. So, stop making a scene in front of Andrea's father."
"Right, I was making a scene again. I am the youngest entrepreneur in this city and you're son, how can you decide for myself?" Kalix reasoned.
"I'm a grown up man, dad. You shouldn't do it for me because I knew what I wanted and what decision to make."
"How can I marry an unrespectable girl? I have dreams and she is not included with the dreams I have."
Neither I, Kalix. I don't want this marriage so you did a great job.
"I think your son was right."
"Andrea!"
"What? He was right, dad, we couldn't marry each other because you want us to do that, I don't want to tie myself to a man I didn't love. Besides, we don't have a good meeting so that's enough to call this wedding off."
My reason is valid. He cannot send me to the wedding because he had enough of me, I'm not a good daughter and I know that.
"Why don't we call it a night?" Kalix's father said before standing up followed by his wife.
"Sure, we'll get in touch."
Mr. Reagan nodded, "Come on, Kalix."
They left the place as soon as Kalix stood up from his seat. Left me and my dad alone, I finished my caramel latte and about to leave our table when my father cleared his throat and I knew we're dealing with my disobedience.
"When did you wanna learn how to respect others? We're in front of Kalix's parents and I am wishing you to behave for once."
He glared at me, "How could you not behave yourself while talking to your fiance's parents and ruined Mrs. Reagan's dress!"
Here we go, he's starting to scold me again.
"What's the reason for this wedding anyway? You trick me, dad. You told me you're handing me my money yet I came with this unexpected wedding," I murmured.
"That man is a jerk. He didn't even pay for the damages he caused to my car."
"You meet him?" My father asked.
I rolled my eyes, "Yes, I do. We met an hour ago before you found us fighting, it's not my fault. He fed me with smoke coming from his motorcycle, so I'm not marrying that man even though he's the only man left in the world."
"Even so, you are still marrying that guy. No further questions."
That's all he said before leaving me quickly. I remained silent on my seat because my dad never stops invading my personal life, he always finds a way to annoy me.
Why did I do to deserve this? I am bad which is not new to me because everyone hates me, except for my friends.
"Don't be sad, Andy," Gaby hugged me.
I didn't feel their approach, maybe my mind is too occupied because one of these days, I'll become someone's wife.
"Gaby was right, Andrea. Don't be sad, we're here to stay on your side," Cassie uttered.
"Thank you," I sniff, they never leave me.
"Fathers are always against our freedoms, I have the same dad like yours. He once did that to me, but I did everything to stop my wedding to a man I didn't love," Maddy said.
"And I received the best gift in my life."
I envy Madeline. She was once tied to a wedding by her father but she slept with a man before her wedding came, she did that for almost a month not until her parents discovered she was pregnant with an unknown guy's baby.
That was unexpected but planned, so as the daughter of the Wang family and to save their reputation. Her parents call the wedding off, and keep her baby away from her.
Tragic, right?
"I wish I could do that," I uttered while wiping my nose.
"You can, babe. I can be your teacher if you want?" She grinds.
"Maddy! Stop encouraging her, we are supposed to ease her feelings, not teach her how to get pregnant to stop her wedding!" Cassie scolds her.
Madeline shrugged, "I am just giving her an option."
"That's not a good option," she looked at me, "Don't listen to Maddy, okay? We'll find a better way to stop your wedding but for now? I want you to smile for me because we have a party to catch."
"Yeah, Andy. Pull yourself together and let's party! Whooo!"
I chuckled before glancing at them one at a time, they always made me smile and have my back when the time was tough.
I'm going to find a way to get rid of my wedding, for now I have a party to catch.
"Don't you dare turn your back to me!" My father shouted while he kept following me to my room. I laid down the bed and put my headphones, I am not in the mood listening to his lectures and I'm not willing to talked about that stupid wedding. That was his plan, tying me into the wedding without even getting my consent. What kind of father is he? Did he not think about how I would feel? "Kalix!" He pulled my headphones off. "What? I had enough of your lectures, can I have a little time with myself?" "No! We're talking and you have to listen to me, Kalix. She's your fiance and you should be grateful because we found a better girl for you," He said, like I have to be glad because he did that for me, just to ruin my life. I sat down on the bed and started shaking my head, "I don't need a fiance even more, I am not interested in marrying some random girl who grew up spoiled by her parents." "I'm not marrying that woman." My father was glaring at me and I knew at any moment he'll go
"FOR OUR FRIEND WHO'S GOING TO BE TIED!!" Gaby yelled before tossing our glass together. We drank our vodka immediately and started dancing. I'm not drunk yet because two glasses can't make me, or maybe four? I didn't quite remember how many shots I made, but what I remember we're having fun right now! After having trouble with my father because he wants to tie me into arrange marriage, me and my friends came to the bar to unwind for a while. This is our medicine whenever we're having a problem that is hard to deal with.Especially when it's about our family. "This is for you, Andy. Since you're going to be a wife and a mother soon!" Madeline said as she handed me a glass of vodka again. "Are you saying your farewell to me?" I joke. She chuckled, "Me? Farewell? You're stuck with us forever, bitch." "Why don't you chug it already?" Gaby said. "Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug! Whooo!" I turned the glass upside down when I emptied the vodka with one shot. While Gaby? She's filling m
I held on to the headboard while he's eating me. Yes, this man was wild! He's eating me down there and I couldn't help but moan because of the insane sensation I was feeling which I shouldn't feel. This isn't right, giving myself to a random guy I just bump into on the bar.I want him to stop but I was too dizzy, and I don't know if I can because this unstoppable desire eats me! He's l*cking it, s*cking then playing like he intended to do that. Oh god! "Ohhh…" another moan slipped out of my sinful mouth. "Oh my gosh! I'm almost there…" I informed him.But he keep at playing with my cl*nt and it's driving me crazy! F*ck!"F*ck! Why is this thing really good?!" I scream. He s*ck my cl*nt causing me to hold on the headboard tightly. My legs open itself widely like it's giving him so much access playing with my pu**y. "Ahhh… Ohhh…. I'm coming…" He move his tongue faster as I told him that, s*cking, playing, even l*cking! He's so good at this and I think I'm going to ask him for more.
"Ouch!" I held my head as the sunlight hit my face and felt the hangover. I woke up when my headache hit me. I couldn't recall what happened last night but I can still remember what I just did. I just gave myself to a random guy in the bar and now I need to face him like having s*x to a random guy was normal. But in my state? I can't confidently face him. I can even feel the pain coming from down there, combined with my headache and my dizziness. Argh! This is the worst experience in my life! I never thought I'm going to be that guy's b*tch for a night! "Where is my phone?" I looked for it but I'm surprised to see that the guy I was with was gone. "Where the hell did that man go?" I ask as if someone will answer me. I looked around, hoping he's sitting or maybe chilling somewhere in the corner since this is his place and he can't just leave me alone. But suddenly I heard the toilet flush and that means, the guy I was with is still here and it means I still have a chance to s
I shouldn't have let that woman decide in the first place because I knew she'll gonna ditch me! I drink the water served to me earlier when I'm starting to feel anxious while facing Andrea's father with my parents. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, maybe she's on her way but the traffic blocked her way," her father uttered to my father. I wanted to interfere and told him where his daughter went. This is ridiculous, sitting on the same table facing my parents and her father at the same time. It gave me so much stress! I swear, this is going to be the last time. My dad cleared his throat, "Since Andrea was still missing and I don't want to sit here for so long. Why don't you tell us about her? Maybe our son will distinguish her difference between the other women." "Sure, I'd love to share how my daughter's life is. She had bad behavior as you see but I'm sure Andrea will be a good wife." "Of course she is, Carlos. Your daughter was one of the famous models and ambassadors in o
The atmosphere of the car was awkward so I don't know if I could talk to my dad properly after we left the restaurant. I looked outside the window just to kill the uneasiness inside my body, maybe I need to talk to him."You bought that," he killed the silence inside the car but that word wasn't a question and I know he's referring to something. "I knew he didn't propose to you, Andrea." "What are you trying to say? That I purchase this ring just to pretend that j*erk proposed?" I laughed nervously, "You know this ring was a hundred percent real." "I know and I wasn't talking about his abrupt proposal because I can sense his loyalty to you, but that ring? I don't think so?" I exhale and don't have any plan confronting him because this conversation will avert an unusual topic. Kalix almost ruined our plans! If it weren't for me? Maybe our fathers didn't believe us as we planned. This wedding is getting into my nerves and this is giving me headaches! I swear he'll going to pay me
Andrea's point of view"Let's party! Whoooo!" We drank our drink in one shot and shouted like we own this bar. My friends were already drunk but Cassie was still nowhere to be found, so we continued drinking until we're satisfied enough. "Wait, where the hell is Cassie?" Gabby asks when she notices one of our friends is missing.Maddy shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care at all, "Dunno. Maybe she's out there?" My gaze looked for our missing friend but I'm too drunk to see the surroundings clearly."Cassie doesn't like to party, she rather stay inside her room than having fun in this noisy, chaotic bar." "Yeah. That's her," Maddy agreed. "Perhaps, she is. But Cassie loves spending time with us and I assure you that," I don't know why I'm defending Cassie, but she's my friend and that's what I should do as a friend. "Wait a minute, I suddenly remembered. How did that geek become our friend because as far as I remember, she suddenly came to our group," Gabby said while hold
Kalix's point of view"Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug! Whooo!" "That's the woman I like!" I shook my head because of my friends and somehow I felt embarrassed for them, this is not what I'm expecting to happen. They're putting me into an embarrassing situation! "Your friends don't seem to want to drink all night, is that how you unwind?" Someone spoke from beside me and my glimpse landed on a girl drinking continuously. She looked at me, "You look professional to me." "They look professional," I corrected her."Whatever. Still, you don't seem like a good boy to me." "Doesn't surprise me, I already knew that." Silence fell between us, not just silence but also awkwardness. I clear my throat and drink my beer to regain my confidence because what happened earlier caused so much distraction."Forgive me," that's the only word that came out of my mouth which I didn't plan to say. I heard her chuckle, "Why are they calling you playboy if you're not acting like one?" "Pardon?" "Look at you
