The realization that because of my father, Anaira and Arjun lost their parents hit me hard. I don't want to pressure Anaira for anything. She is my best friend's sister and hence will remain dear to me, but if she doesn't want to be my wife, then I will not force her. However, it is quite difficult for me to live without her. After Anita, she was the first woman ever to cross the boundaries I had set, and the thing is that I allowed her to break those boundaries which she had broken without making any effort. Like Arjun, she has a heart of gold. I need to collect my haywire thoughts. Maybe a walk in the garden would help me sort out everything. I was going out when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

“ Bhai, I want to talk to you.” Both of us went out into the garden.

“ Bhai, I know you must be worried that since now you are not our brother, we would treat you differently or, worse, would not acknowledge you as our brother. Nothing has changed. You are and will always be my elder
