Maya quietly slurped on the smoothie in her hold, a pen in hand and eyes focused on the textbook on the table in front of her. Although Burberry's was fairly busy today, she'd chosen the booth far back in the restaurant, it was secluded and no one would get a good view of her unless they were looking very closely. Her first exam was in three days and to say that she was anxious was an understatement, pharmacology tests were quite difficult and she mostly had a hard time differentiating between the different compounds in some drugs. The engine died and they were submerged in darkness once more. Her eyes were glued on the small apartment ahead, the entire area was empty and she didn't know if her friends were back home already.
