I was definitely feeling the alcohol after my drink, Alpha Drake's drink, and Raziel’s drink. They didn't go light on us Wolves knowing that we didn't get drunk like Humans. I probably had the equivalent of 10 shots, if I were to guess.

Not that I was even drunk still, but definitely feeling good. You know, that lowered inhibition feeling good. I looked up into Raziel’s eyes and for the first time I wasn't scared of him. Probably the alcohol talking.

I was still somewhat in shock after the events that unfolded... Actually, I was in denial mostly. I had launched Alpha Drake across the room with only my hand. I acted like I didn't see the green flames, but I did, and I've seen them before from Raziel... I was just too afraid to bring it up.
