Alex's POV(…a horrible visit) The giant fisted on the grip of the captive as he held on tight to Alex’s neck, who had begun to feel giddy. Alex could only hear the hungry growl of the creature behind him and felt someone pulling his suspended legs. An explosive sound vibrated the walls and he dropped immediately to the cracked floor. Alex instinctively crawled away from the bars as he massaged the sharp pain in his neck. Although the injury closed up almost instantly, he still felt the tightness around his neck. Charles helped him back to his feet as Alex beheld the creature that tried to strangle him to death. The giant had struck him with a temporary shot that made it lay still in its cell. “They can smell fresh blood”, the Giant remarked in a deep coarse voice as he watched Alex. “This particular one”, he pointed at the creature, “has been here for over fifty years. Alex's POV(…a suspicious unfold)Alex froze as soon as she spoke. He made eye contact with the Luna, who gave him a thoughtful look before walking away and leaving him to handle the situation by himself.“You had a fight with the Luna?”, she asked, watching the Luna exit their sight. Alex sighed heavily, trying hard to snap out of the shock. The Luna killed Sherlyn. Alex's POV(…deadly mission)Alex stood in the shower for hours. The distance of the dungeon and its gloom was scary in the day, how much more at night? The Luna had warned him about Sherlyn after saving him from his father’s wrath. Lucia was overly worrisome—she might raise another alarm. Here he was, thinking of another flight—and not just an ordinary flight, the release of a prisoner, for the sake of a banished member. An impossible venture it seemed. Alex's POV(…one last mission) As he drew closer, the werewolf began sniffing the air, as though he could pick a scent. Alex paused for a while. It didn’t seem like a regular rogue and its size made him doubt his ability to overpower it. It continued deep into the forest on its four limbs. Alex followed behind, calculating his first move. Although it showed no form of aggressiveness judging by the stealth in its movement, Alex hoped to launch a perfect attack. Alex paused again as it made another piercing howl.Just before it drooped back its raised head, Alex slammed his two fists on its back. Its cry vibrated the silence of the night. Alex's POV(…a tragic end)He sealed up the place and headed to the extreme ends of the region. He came across a lot of armored vehicles scattered all-over but, linked it to the tight security the alpha spoke about earlier. There’s no greater joy than accomplishing an impossible task. He applauded himself. The increasing convergence of cop cars and hunters around made him drive further away from the region's borderlands till he arrived at a safe spot to discard the rogue without arousing suspicion. He alighted from the vehicle and moved towards the trunk. He didn’t need the potion after all. He opened up the car trunk but froze on the spot after setting eyes on the body.
