How does a place like this exist in a place like this?

My jaw dropped and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t look away from the sight in front of me. I’d thought that we were going to meet a dead end but I was wrong.

This was indeed a surprise and I blinked multiple times to be sure that I wasn’t just seeing things and really, I wasn’t seeing things.

No one would ever think that a place like this exists and just when I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes about to fall, Nikolai nudged me.

“What do you think?” He asked and my mouth opened but I was unable to let any words out because of how much awe I was in.

“It's….. shimmering.” I managed to let out and Nikolai took my hand as he led the way but it felt as though my feet were glued to the ground.
