Chapter Fifty-one

ARTHUR'S POV

The way Elsa and Ursula grew quiet had my suspicion going over the roof. While Elsa's eyes looked like they were popping at any moment, Ursula had her eyes anywhere but me.

"I'm not going to repeat myself."

"Um... She was talking about the footman. I found out today that he was a great conversationalist and she was just confirming."

"You don't want to see her with the footman?" I asked Ursula. It made no sense.

"No, I told her to let the maids do certain things for her. She can't keep coming to the kitchen for milk and cookies, a maid was assigned to her, she should use them."

"Why don't you use the maids? They are at your disposal after all."

"I'm sorry, I would start today," Elsa said, her eyes still wide.

"Are you okay? You look pale." And she had, her eyes fixed on Ursula.

"Is there a problem?"

"No," Ursula answered. "Absolutely nothing. Everything is so good." Elsa exhaled.

"Can I talk to you?" I called after Elsa, who was rushing back toward her room. Sweating.
