Chapter Fifty

ARTHUR'S POV

Elsa was looking at me. With that single question she had just asked, silence reigned. I didn't know why she would ask that; I was a leader, not a tyrant.

"Who said anything about going back to the dungeon?" I threw back.

"You've not said anything at all." She said, her hands fiddling with each other. She was nervous.

"I'm here to apologize for what happened earlier in the hallway," I said, apologizing wasn't a regular thing I do, but I felt like the needed to do that in this situation.

Elma's eyes widened, making her look almost animated.

"I'm sorry?"

"I apologized for what happened earlier, did you not hear me?"

"I did. It's just that you didn't strike me as the apologizing kind."

"That's ridiculous, every human being must apologize to someone." When had it gotten like this, we were now talking about the behavioral aspects of people.

"Okay, you've apologized which I think is great, do I get to participate in the training?"

"No," I said sternly.
