Chapter 33

EVA'S POV

As I woke up stretching and yawning, I took a moment to fully awaken from the remnants of my slumber. The sun was shining brightly outside, and I could see a small sliver of light filtering through the small opening in my curtains. I sat up on my bed with a wide smile spreading across my face as I remembered the dream I had just had.

I stood up slowly from my bed and walked towards the windows, trying to get a glimpse of how the morning looked. I gazed out of my windows and saw a glittering coating of frost covering the earth as the sun rose over the horizon like a dazzling globe of fire. The crisp, chilly air was invigorating, filling my lungs with its freshness. The stillness of the morning was broken only by the occasional chirping of birds and the crunch of leaves underfoot.

I stood still and closed my eyes as I replayed the dream in my head. It was a dream about Adrian, the fucking love of my life!! The man I always wanted to be with forever. In my dream, we were alone
