Thankfully I had saved the police emergency number as my aunt has instructed so I fished my phone out keeping an eye on Jeremy and the other who was moaning in pain. As he seem to be the weakling in the group I preferred him being conscious and alert as the police will be able to threaten the truth out of him.
I hesitated a bit as I was about to take my phone out. The Nigerian police I know would never show up or they might arrest me as a suspect. I decided to call them anyway.
I dailed up the emergency number and soon the phone on the other end rang.
