EDWARD’S FIRST PERSON POINT OF VIEW

I turned the ignition on then turned the steering with my other hand.

“Are you sure you can drive in this stare of yours or should I take over?” Tony asked on seeing my struggle trying to navigate through with my injured arm.

“Oh, do not bother. It is nothing.” I said as I tried to get the right gear and control the steering at the same time but my left arm which suffered the gunshot injury felt too heavy to move. I had no choice but to switch seats with Tony and get in the front passenger’s seat.

“You need medical attention immediately. We are heading to the hospital first before anything.” He said as he successfully made U-turn and headed back the way home. I rested my head on the seat rest then turned my neck to check Smart and Taylor seated at the back. Taylor looked lost. I felt pity for him that instance because he had no idea yet that his brother was dead.

We got to the hospital in no time. We took Taylor in to get checked up and admitted in
