Chapter 51

Leah POV

Damian kicked the wolf away from me and they continued fighting. Who were they and where did they come from? My hands were trembling.

“You need to shift if you want to be able to fight them all,” I told him and he grunted.

They were giving Damian a tough time and I noticed it was because they were in their wolf form. Damian still wore his trousers so I guess that was why he did not want to shift. He twisted the neck of the wolf and shifted into his wolf form.

He howled loudly in the sky and then all the wolves forgot about me and gave him all their attention. Damian was so strong. He fought all of them without pausing. I could not believe it.

After a few minutes, the wolves started running away in fear, whimpering as they left. I ran to Damian and held onto his fur. It was coated with blood.

His wolf gestured at me and I climbed him, gripping his fur with all my strength and we started running. I could not remember the last time I had run in my wolf form.
