“Who will call you at this hour?” Sebastian wondered. He is probably thinking about some job offers from the company.

I feel that it was Jade if it was already this time of the night, “Wait here, I will answer the call and tell you all about it.”

After taking out my phone from my pockets, I realized that it was Jade who was calling and immediately answered it.

“Jade! It’s been a while, I am so sorry that I didn’t call you that much. It’s been busy here.” I greeted her happily.

There was a pause on the other line, it worried me for a bit because I was hearing some heavy breathing as if she was carrying something huge.

[T-Tisha…can you come back here to the province?] I heard her strained voice, it was obvious that she was crying for hours.
