Chapter Sixty Eight - Escaped

As I lay my head on the kitchen island, I groaned incessantly. The next day came by, and every inch of my body ached, as if I had been pulled apart like a piece of taffy.

From across the kitchen, a mischievous chuckle filled the air, irritatingly grating on my ears. But I couldn't help but feel grateful because the tantalizing scent of a delicious breakfast wafted toward me.

In my current state of extreme soreness, I couldn't make any sudden movements, so it was fortunate that the person responsible for my predicament was busy cooking for me.

“You look adorable, Tisha, I already applied ointments so the pain will disappear soon, I promise.” He giggled while telling me that.

I wanted to hiss but I am too busy enduring all the pain because of all the extreme training he is giving me and my child.

The difference is, Tain wanted more training because of his young energy. On the other hand, I didn’t want to be part of anything right now and just rest.
