17. The Wedding

Lucy’s POV

Every step of getting ready, from applying makeup and hairstyling to putting on my wedding gown, took at least five hours.

"Chop-chop!" the manager called out. “We need to go really fast! The wedding will start in an hour!"

Looking at myself in the mirror, I took a worried breath. I never thought that this day would come along.

The make-up artist gave a big smile and said, "Wow! You look like a princess! You look really pretty!"
