Chapter Forty-One

It felt like there were some fireworks inside her chest as she was getting her hair and make-up down. That was the first time that she was getting ready for an invitation. In fact, that was the first time that a tv show invited her to be their main guest. That was why she couldn’t stop herself from feeling a little nervous about it, but at the same time, she was excited. She didn’t have a personal hair and make-up artist yet because  who was she to begin with? So far, only the ones who had been longer in the industry, and the ones who had already built their name have their own artists. She was looking forward to experiencing that in the future. That was why she was there, remember? She was done sulking. She was done feeling anxious. She knew that she was there because she deserved to be there, and no one, not even her ex, could stop her. 

She had already started getting more in
