Mike paused, knowing it was too late to go back, or to do anything besides opening the door.
So he simply stood there, knowing who was on the other side of the door.
"What do you think about the deal?"
The voice inside belonged to Killian and Michael felt his skin prickle.
He pushed the door open, there was no point in pretending he wasn't there. He only didn't know how come Killian had known Mike was outside.
He stepped forward and whatever sensible reason and thought he'd had in his head flew out the window.
Killian was wearing a wide shirt, with the sleeves rolled up and the top neck buttons were opened.
