Chapter 34

My head hurts.

My body seems dead in life.

It's not that big of a deal, it's exaggerated, leave the drama behind.

Consciousness, always ruining my leading role. Anyway, I continue.

I was dying, my muscles were stiff, it hurt to move.

Ignoring all this, I open my eyes a little, my retinas are sensitive, my vision is blinded and I lower my eyelids again. My head will explode if I try it again.

The dryness in my mouth expands to my throat, speaking will be a challenge.

I lick my lips and they are rough, what happened to me?

I hear voices, two male voices talking about something that doesn't even interest me, I focus on opening my eyes again without getting dizzy. I grit my teeth because of the sharp pain in my head, everything spins, the ground is unstable, but in moments everything stops and stays that way, as it should be.

I do not know where I am.

There are gray walls, lights, devices and I find myself lying on a stretcher, I keep my clothes. At least I'm not naked.
