Chapter 40

Time is wasting away. It is exhausted and lost.

Every minute back meant a chance to save them.

Aaron has done his best to send reinforcements, but they are simply slow to arrive, and as a work of mysterious fate the other five boys outside have lost their connections with us. We only know about the three of them.

I am affected by nerves, my mind is clouded, no rational idea passes through it, I want to help him, I want him back. Just imagining that a bomb could annihilate everyone in a matter of milliseconds ate me away, killed me in some way.

About six minutes have passed, nothing has happened, Monica seems to be waiting for something, Edrien trusts his advisor, Aaron, in some sense their arms are tied, they cannot move without the trigger threatening to shoot them. It's hard to catch her.

But it baffles me that they act so peaceful. For God's sake, a bomb will explode and turn them into dust!

"What will they do?" He looked at Aaron asking for an answer.

He frowns, crosses his arms.
