"It's good you came in today? I really thought you were going to give me your company," Carnation said as she entered her older brother's office. When her secretary informed her that Wren had arrived at work today, he went straight to his office.

Wren chuckled. It directed her to the office's lounge area, inviting her to sit there, and she did. Wren rose from his office chair and sat on the couch opposite where she was.
