Chapter 31: Wait

“You want to eat mango with spicy shrimp sauce?” Zeno asked.

We’re in my room, watching movies on the TV with his arms on my waist. It’s been days since we’ve been like this, being sweet with each other, but sometimes, his scent makes my face crumpled and I can’t even find a reason I hated his smell. Since then, he decided to use my perfume, which suits him more.

From being smelly to a classic, glamorous fragrance, sweet but balmy, slightly sharp floral with fresh mandarin on the top; jasmine, plum, orchid, and rose. Isn’t it pleasing to smell him like me?

I nodded my head and looked at my husband, who was now sighing deeply. “Why do you like eating those?”

“Because it is delicious!” I screamed, but he just gazed at me as if he were examining my entire existence.
