Chapter 33 The crack in a relationship

Natasha took a step back, increasing the gap between them. She was uneasy in the face of her hostile demeanor. She was naive to believe Caroline, who had nothing but loathing in her mind, was here to look after Jack.

The fact that she wanted to pay for Nia's treatment surprised her. It made her wonder what had happened to her cousin.
