"Wake up!" Reese heard a distant voice say, and that voice was followed by a light tap on her arm, and she adjusted herself on the bed.

"You’ll make us go late for work if you don’t wake up now." The voice continued, and she quickly flicked her eyes open.

Axel was sitting right beside her, looking at her, with a smile touching his lips.

"Sleepy head." He said, taking his hand to her cheeks, he caressed it slightly.

"I’m not." She mumbled and tried to close her eyes again, but Axel held her shoulders and shook her vigorously until she flicked her eyes open again.

"Stand up and get ready for work." He said, as he gazed down at her.

"Can’t I get a little more sleep?" She whined.

He shook his head. "We are getting late for work already."

She heaved a sigh before reluctantly seating up. "What time did you come to bed yesterday?" She asked.
