Azak Lila. Ofcourse she had illustrated this attack on the Romance Festival. When I saw her I knew I had to put a stop to her once and for all. What I didn't expect was for her to lead me into a trap, or for my fated little light, who was already injured to come chasing after me. I regretted chasing her the moment I noticed that Crysanthi was in that field with us. As I watched those vines tighten around my little light, I felt my heart being squeezed in my chest, and I knew that if she didn't survive this, I wouldn't either. So, I allowed the words and feelings that I had been keeping to myself for months to finally come out of my mouth. Lila didn't take too well to that, and pulled the vines she had wrapped around us even tighter. I hated that I was unable to use my magic, as she had secured both of our hands to ensure that we couldn't. What I didn't expect was to hear the melodic giggle come from behind us as Lila ranted about how she would kill us both for the fact that ou
Crysanthi The last thing I remember was being tangled in those thorny vines and hearing Genevieve's voice as Lila sneered at us. Luckily I woke up in the bed that Azak and I shared with his orange eyes staring down at me as he smiled. I knew that we had survived, that Genevieve had somehow managed to save us from Lila's murderous plans. "Lila? Did Genevieve win?" I asked him afraid of his answer, though I doubted he would be smiling had Genevieve lost to Lila, seeing as how that would send Rayan on a rampage. "She ran off, Rayan and the Betas chased her but she got away. Ronan and the Gamma boy tracked her to a hide out though, so we have wolf, fae and dragon scouts keeping track of her movements. She won't get a chance to attack us again." He smiled a mischievous smile that told me that he was already formulating a plan to take her down. "How are you feeling my light? Genevieve and the Gamma girl did all they could to speed your healing up, has it helped?" He then asked with a
Azak We were all stressing over the upcoming coronation, but no one more than my little light and I. She would turn 18 two days before the the Spring Equinox, and I would be able to mark her, which would bring her into her full power. As excited as I was to finally mate and mark her, I was equally as nervous about it. Especially with Lila on the loose, who knew what kind of distractions she might have planned to keep Crysanthi and I from completing our bond. Regardless, we were only a couple weeks away from Crysanthi's birthday now, so all our plans were going full steam ahead. We had decided that after the coronation, Ember and Fioré would come back here to the Winter Palace to rule over their people who were living in the nearby village. That would allow for Crysanthi and I to have plenty of alone time for the summer, though I wasn't sure how much we would actually get with a war looming over us. But still, some alone time seemed appropriate after our coronation,
Crysanthi We arrived at my parent's castle one week before the coronation was to take place. I was in awe of the gorgeous, towering, stone building as we circled around it, just above the mote that encircled it. The dragons had offered to fly us and the staff we would be bringing with us in, and flying through the air was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. The earth fae had built us carriages to hold people and supplies in record time after the decision was made. It was a truly remarkable experience and if I didn't feel like a Queen before, I certainly felt like one now. When we finally landed in the large stone drive, just past the cobblestone bridge, I was amazed by the size of the castle. I had heard a great many stories of it from my father, but this was the first time I had ever been here since he had portalled me out as an infant. The place was perfectly groomed and awaiting our arrival, with the gardens in full bloom for the spring season. I could tell that the nea
Azak With the coronation less than a week away, all of the staff was rushing around seeing to the preparations. As a surprise, Crysanthi and I had decided that while we have all of the royals here, we would throw Genevieve and Rayan a pup shower, which Crysanthi and Ember had spent hours organizing. It would take place the day after the coronation. The girls had sent out invitations to ensure that all our royal guests would stay for it, and had been planning everything from gifts, to decorations, to games and even the food. It was going to be quite a spectacular event, and I couldn't wait to surprise our friends with it. Fioré had set about organizing transportation since the dragons could easily fly everyone here, and he would see to it that they were all leaving for their destinations the afternoon before so that they could get there by nightfall, and leave early the next morning with the guests they were transporting. Genevieve and Benji had ensured that all of the dragons had ch
Crysanthi When I woke the morning after being marked I wished I could lay in bed next to my light all day, but I knew better. I jumped out of bed quickly and I could not only see the panic in Azak's eyes, but I could feel it through our bond. "It's jump day. I need to eat, then be taken and locked up in the dungeons. A magic proof cell, just incase. Last night was amazing, my love, but now I need to prepare to jump. When I get back we will celebrate and enjoy our marking." I told him smiling as I threw on clothes that I wouldn't mind if the evil bitch version of me destroyed them. I had barely gotten down to the cells after breakfast when I felt myself being pulled into the time, space and dimensions continuum. When I finally landed and opened my eyes, I was surprised to find myself in the exact same cell I had just passed out in. "Which dimension are you from?" Azak's smooth, yet sultry voice rang through the dungeon. "Oh, I'm from dimension 6. This is dimension 4? Thank the
Azak Luckily for us Crysanthi had made it into the cell and we had locked it just before she jumped. I knew instantly that the Crusanthi that jumped into her body was definitely from an odd numbered dimension from the hissing noise she made when her eyes landed on me. She was angry to be locked in the cell, and immediately began screeching loudly as she jumped up from the ground. I couldn't stand to see her abusing my little light's beautiful voice that way so I immediately turned and walked back up the stairs. She would be stuck there in that cell until she vacated my light's body. As I reached the top of the stairs a flash of bright silver temporarily blinded me, and I knew that Rayan had portalled in. When I opened my eyes I was surprised to see Genevieve standing there as well, looking quite annoyed while she stood impatiently tapping her foot with one hand on her hip and the other on her pup bump. I was surprised to see them here, especially since I knew that the Queen standing
Crysanthi When I jumped back into my body it was late at night and Azak was smiling at me from outside the cell door. I smiled back at him, but my smile immediately faltered when I realized that I smelled like piss. Apparently the version of me that had jumped into my body thought it would be funny to piss herself instead of using the toilet and sink combo that was in the cell for that specific reason. "It was a freak Timekeeper Queen from dimension 5. She thought it would be hilarious to make me watch you piss yourself, and I ofcourse wasn't dumb enough to open the cell to stop her or try to change your clothes my light." Azak spoke softly when he saw that I had noticed my appearance. All I could do was nod my head at his words as I stood up to be let out of the cell. He obliged and unlocked the door for me. I didn't speak a word as I walked up both sets of stairs to our suite to shower. I knew I shouldn't be embarrassed, as it was not me who committed such an embarrassing act, b
