2:4- Dinner for Three

Azak POV

I stood there in disbelief as she strutted away from me after scolding me. I wanted to be furious with her, but I was too damn proud of her for standing up for herself. I knew I hadn't been fair to her since I brought her back to the palace, but I had only been trying to protect her from the dangers of this world. Sure enough though, she had found them on her own.

I stood there going over her words to myself as I processed them. Princess Genevieve, the Wolf Timekeeper Princess was alive and now she was safe thanks to my Princess. I found it amusing that she and Rayan were mates, especially since Crysanthi and I had been fated together as well. That was another thing that concerned me, being fated to her. She was so young and inexperienced in life, especially since she had grown up so secluded. I had no idea what to say or do around her most of the time, so I just kept her as far away from me as possible.
