Cecilia being awake was certainly a shock to all of us. But honestly, I wasn't surprised. My girl had more power than she could possibly ever know. She had accidentally saved herself from Clay, & accidentally woken up her mother. It made me laugh to think about it. This powerful but tiny little wolf had managed to completely change & save so many lives already, mine included. The academy would never be the same again, not if she had any say in it, and she did, she had every say. I'd make sure of it.

She definitely wasn't the queen I'd always imagined my mate would be, but she was better. She would change the way the kingdom operates in the best way possible. She would ensure that we were strong & united. Hell, she'd already started working her magic with the future Alphas of the kingdom.
