Chapter 48: Our First Fight?
Jeong’s POV
Dr Willard’s now serious look plastered across his face “And, I would do anything if it meant stopping The Project and reclaiming our world from corruption.”
This man seems to be telling the truth, but is he truly against The Project? He hasn’t shown anything to lead me in disbelief. His knowledge would prove quite valuable if we are to move forward with our plan. Having more information against the elite will undoubtedly be in our favor in the future.
When pondering the man before me Rae and Nathan walk back into the room. I notice a small bandage peaking out from beneath her sleeve. “Rae, are you ok?” while quickly getting up reaching for her hand.
“I’m o k...” she stops and watches me lift her sleeve looking at the bandage around her arm.
“What happened?” trying to calm myself while anger wells up inside of me.

Rae’s POV Waking up sore all over. “Ugh” what is wrong with me? Pushing myself up from the bed I notice I am under the covers. Did I do that or did Jeong? Shaking my head I look towards the window and see the night sky. “I wonder what time it is.” Pushing the covers off of myself and flinging my legs over the side of the bed I wince at the soreness of my body. Rae’s POV It’s been a week and Dr Willard has been here every day teaching me about the benefits of plants from this world. With his help I’ve even managed to figure out the saponification values of the oils I intend to use. Currently Dr Willard and Nathan are both in the library with me. Rae’s POVJeong and I meet up with Gerald and explained what I was needing about making the soap. After a bit of a discussion it was decided to create a workshop right off the house with an added covered area outside. That way I can make the soap outside, but store everything including the curing soap inside, and lucky for me it wasn’t far from the back door. It’s a win win if you ask me.After dinner I was eager to start working on building my new work space, but Jeong protested. He claimed I needed to rest and not over do it.
