Chapter 4

Allysa Chloe Hernandez

Bea and I went to the clinic to ask nurse Mia for alcohol. Even though it was painful, she tried to clean the scratches on my arm.

Then we went straight to our room because the afternoon class was about to start.

While listening to our instructor, I couldn't help but feel annoyed with Kyline and her friends. Bea and I will tell the dean what happened so that my name can be cleared and the issue I'm involved in is over.

When the class was over, there was a sudden meeting of all the block presidents of each section of all the departments and I was one of them.

While I was in the meeting room and waiting to start, I saw the senior student come in earlier, the one who helped Kyline and I wean together with the other presidents of other block sections. He walked closer to where I was and he sat on the seat near me. I thought he was going to sit next to me, fortunately he sat in the fourth seat from me. There were two seats between us.

He smirked when I glanced at him. Annoying. I feel like he's just teasing me. What's wrong with that person?

After a while, the meeting started.

The meeting lasted until 5pm because there were a lot of things that were not discussed at the last meeting. I was leaving the meeting area when I received a chat from Bea.

Bea: Babes, I'm sorry I went home earlier because my head hurts.

Why didn't she say it earlier? I hope I don't attend the meeting anymore to make her go home early.

Me: Why didn't you say?

I wish I didn't attend the meeting earlier. Take the medicine right away. Get well.

I replied to her.

When I sent the message to Bea, I immediately walked to the parking area of the university because my brother said he would pick me up.

When I reached the parking area of the university, my brother's car was not there yet.

After 15 minutes of waiting I called him. Maybe he forgot that he needed to pick me up.

The first call got rejected and also the second one. For the third time he answered the call.

"Brother, where are you?"

I asked him irritatedly.

I just waited a long time. I'm still impatient.

"I'm impatient. I've been here in the parking area for a while now."

I added.

"I'm sorry lil sis. I'm at your brother Jayson's welcome party. I'm sorry I can't pick you up anymore."

"What? Why didn't you message me? I've been waiting here for a while and then you didn't come."

I'm still complaining

"Okay. I'm sorry it's sudden. Just book a taxi or call Manong Jose to pick you up and text me when you're home."

"Okay fine."

I answered him.

Then I ended the call and immediately called Manong Jose to pick him up because it was getting late and I had to be home before 6:30pm, that's the rule. I can't go home late because Mom and Dad will surely scold me especially if I didn't say that I’ll be late.

Manong Jose answered and said that he was already leaving the house. It's a good thing he hasn't been home with them yet.

While waiting for Manong Jose, I sat on the bench in the parking area and while sitting I watched my friends' i* stories. I came across Kent Liam's i* story. It was the parking area of our university. I turned around to look for him. But I can't see him. Maybe he has already returned home or maybe he just passed by in the parking area. I stood up and walked in case I saw him.

"Where is he?"

I said to myself as I looked around. I just want to invite him to dinner to thank him.

"Looking for your crush huh?"

I was surprised when someone spoke behind me. When I turned around it was the senior student.

Why is it that where I am, he is also there. I think he's stalking me.

"Why are you surprised? Are you following me?"

I asked him bluntly.

"No miss, I'm actually passing by."

Denying it.

"You sure?"

I assure him.

"Of course."

This is a serious answer.

After a while I walked and sat again in my place earlier. That man is annoying.

While I was sitting, Joshua Kyline's boyfriend approached me with two of his friends whose names I didn't recognize.

When I stood up for a moment, he also stood up and faced me. He held my arm tightly and spoke.

"You're that girl, what did you do to Kyline huh?"

He shouted angrily at me.

I'm very unlucky today because trouble is chasing me. It's annoying.

"What the hell! You are hurting me. Let me go."

Anger in my voice while I forcefully removed the hand that was holding my arm. I will definitely kick him when he lets me go.

"I told you, didn't I, not to tell Kyline that I was hitting on you. Then what did you say and did you really hurt Kyline?"

He was about to hit me when someone stopped him.

As I looked, it was the senior student. Why does he always see me every time I have an enemy? Maybe he really thinks I'm a troublemaker. It's embarrassing.

I used that opportunity for Joshua to let go of my arm. My blood boiled when I saw it turned red because of his tight grip. My parents raised me well, not just to be hurt by other people.

When I turned to the two, they were getting heated. As Joshua's two friends looked on laughing. I think even if they fight, the senior student will not win because there are three of them. Three vs. one.

"Why are you bothering me? Is that your girlfriend huh?"

Joshua asked angrily to the senior student who took us earlier.

"She's not my girlfriend because she's already my fiance so can you first find out who you're touching. You might get hurt."

The senior student gave them a threatening answer.

What did he say? I'm his fiance. He’s crazy? I just met him yesterday. I don't even know his name and now he's saying he's my fiance. Is his brain broken?

"I'm sorry boss, I didn't mean it."

It was Joshua's voice apologizing. What's wrong with these people a while ago he was very angry and now he's like a meek sheep.

After he said that, he left with his friend.

The senior student approached me and he spoke.

"Tss. Trouble is really chasing you."

Shaking his head after he said those words.

"It wasn't a coincidence. I'm really sorry. You almost got into a just because of me earlier."

I apologize to him.

"Don't worry about that. Stay out of trouble, huh. That's not good. I'll go first."

Then he walked away. It was too late to think I didn't even ask his name.
