Adele POV Oh, my goddess! King Uther is gone because of me. That is the only thought that keeps running through my head. Bridget and I started macerating our berries, then I asked, “How are you with peeling onions?” She responded with a raised eyebrow, “I burn frozen pizza.” That made me laugh out loud and mom asked, “What’s so funny?” I laughed, “I’m trying to teach Bridget how to cook. As I continued hurling spears and daggers into red, glowing, eyes, a thought occurred to me; how am I going to do this when daylight hits in just a few hours?
