I'll pay you any amount

It was getting dark and the stars were already showing themselves like little glitters in the sky. But Eva was still wandering, thinking of her and her family's predicament.

Soon, Eva found her self in a abandoned street, before she could move any further, she was caught into a pair of strong arms. She didn't even realize that she hit someone. She raised her head to see to man in a black cloak and black trouser and black inner shirt.

Eva whined inwardly

How will someone dress in an all black and not expect to get hit in the middle of the night. And the add to it, his hair was black too.

Eva really didn't want any problem with anyone now... Her goal was to go home and sleep in an empty stomach and hope for a better tomorrow.

But before she could move, the guy in all back said to her

"Watch your step miss!"

"Sorry" Eva said as she was about to continue walking not even realizing that she was going the wrong way, the guy stopped her and said

"You don't just hit me and get away!" He really did want to pull her legs a little but Eva didn't see it that way.

"So what do you want?" She said with her voice sounding firm..despite being fragile and soft, Eva's frustration always brought out the daredevil in her to do anything that will make her less frustrated. On a normal day, people who are as frustrated and angry as her now, will go to a bar to drown their sorrows away but Eva wasn't that kind of girl.

The guy smirked as he wanted to tell her he was just pulling her legs but an idea struck his mind.

"A night with my boss" his hoarse voice echoed in Eva's ears

She really wanted to laugh at her predicament. She perfectly knew what this guy meant but what was more funny was that, this guy here, looking like a prince on his own, actually had a boss.

Stop being silly Eva...her mind told her.

"And what will I gain from that?" She asked with a serious gaze

The guy smiled as he laughed inwardly. This girl was actually playing along with his joke.. Alright, maybe this might actually work.

"You'll gain quite much" the guy said

Eva shook her head as she thought about having her first time with a complete stranger. Soon, she realized where she was and she needed to leave....fast!!

"Sir, I'm really sorry for hitting you but I have to go home to my family that is struggling to survive" She blurted out

The man's gaze stiffened as he heard her words

"What do you mean?"

Eva sighed as remembered her family and she started walking away to the right direction this time

"I'll pay you any amount" she heard the guys voice and turned around

to see him right in front of her.

"I'll pay you any amount if you tell me why you said that earlier and I'll pay you if you consider my first offer" He said

Eva stared straight in his eyes and said

"Thank you for your offer Prince, but I think I'll find a more honest way to get money"

"Four million dollars will be sent to your account now if you just tell me why you said that earlier and for my first offer, thirty million dollars. So make your decision? Will you watch your family die of hunger every single day? Or will you accept my offer now and change your family's life for the now?" He said in an alluring voice

Eva's inner demon came whispering...heyyy...Eva...that offer sounds really nice you know...just tell him your account details and follow him to his boss ...simple. By d way, your family needs this remember!"

Eva squeezed her hands into a fist...

"Okay..."

"Good girl" the guy said as he gestured her to follow him

She walked along with him until they stopped in front of a black Bugatti. She gulped the spittle that wanted to release itself from her awe.

"Get in" The guy said and Eva did as instructed

"So miss, what is your name and why did you say that?" The guy uttered as he started the car.

"Eva Watson" she said

He nodded his head as he waited for her to continue

"Well... My family wasn't like this before, my dad used to work in one of the most famous companies in city A. But he got diagnosed of an incurable disease that I honestly don't know where it came from, people in my family don't usually get sick but in this case, I'm pretty confused. Since then, the company told him that if he doesn't resume work in a few days, he'll get fired. My dad couldn't go to work with his condition. Then he was fired. My dad has only eight days to live. And my mum, she does her best, taking care of six people wasn't easy. But her best isn't good enough. Now, I have to take care of everyone by myself" she said looking fierce as determination flashed in her eyes.

The guy was surprised cuz he was expecting her to be crying by now like other girls do. But instead, it was only determination he saw in her eyes.

"Do you have friends?" He asked

"Who wants to be friends with a person like me? People only become friends with the rich, people of high caliber.. I'm not rich!!" She said as she stared outside the window. She had a friend, Dana Ling. But the moment her family fell from Grace to Grass, Dana forgot about her.

"So Prince, What's your name and when do I get sent the money?" She asked with her eyes glittering with expectation

The guy smirked and said

" Zaheer"

"The money?" She asked again and Zaheer laughed showing his perfect white teeth

"Your account details?" He said and Eva didn't waste a second in telling him her account number...those numbers were engraved in her brain for important moments like this.

"Thank you!" She said smiling as he showed her the successful transaction of four million dollars sent to her on his phone

"But wait,what about the thirty million dollars?" She said

"You haven't done the deed yet. When you have done it, I'll send it to you" Zaheer said

Soon, they arrived at a quite exquisite bungalow. The environment was neat and had a peaceful vibe to it.

Zaheer came out of the car and Eva followed suit but he stopped her in a very cold tone...he hadn't been using since.

Later, he came back to her and gestured her to follow him...
