Natalia was in the kitchen making herself some coffee. Piero was still asleep.

Not that she blamed him, of course. The man deserved to get some sleep, but she was unable to. Even when she finally managed to fall asleep, she was plagued by dreams of her baby screaming while being taken away. She had happened to wake Piero up due to her screams and excessive sobbing.

So when Piero fell asleep again, Natalia tiptoed out of the room.

She had to get Delilah back, and something was telling her that her daughter was still in that awful land.
